IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Our office is temporarily transitioning to remote work for all of our employees on Friday, March 20, 2020. This change will present some challenges to our usual workflow, some foreseeable, and some not. One foreseeable challenge is that it will be extremely difficult to send and receive physical correspondence, whether through the United States Postal Service or by other private carrier. During our period of remote work, we will therefore transition all of our correspondence via email. We will continue to follow the same deadlines as set forth by the Code of Civil Procedure for physical correspondence, discovery, and pleadings. During the Coronovirus (Covid-19) pandemic, this office will be working remotely, not able to send physical mail as usual, and is therefore using only electronic mails. Please do not hesitate to email our office with any questions you have.
