Any workplace injury, when a worker who is involved in his regular duties, and sustains any type of workplace injury is entitled to workers’ compensation benefits. Normally the worker’s compensation remedy, is the exclusive remedy in a case, unless there is some type of employer-based negligence that is serious and willful.
